We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, however we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colours exactly as they appear.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you accordingly.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

We accept the following payment methods:

Secure online payments — processed immediately at checkout.
EFT / Bank Transfer — orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed in our bank account, which typically takes 1–3 business days after your transfer. Banking details will be provided at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and shipped within 14–28 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Customs & Import Duties

Any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT levied upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. Trendz has no control over these charges and cannot predict or reimburse them.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trendz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our store or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
