Shipping & Delivery
a) Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
b) Orders ship within 14–28 business days.
c) Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
Free shipping on orders over R500.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.
Please note: If you pay via EFT / Bank Transfer, your order will only begin processing once payment has been confirmed in our bank account. This may add 1–3 business days before your order is processed and shipped.

Customs & Import Duties
Occasionally, international orders may be held at customs for inspection, which can cause delays beyond our control. Trendz is not responsible for any customs-related delays. We will however assist where possible by providing tracking information and documentation.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT levied by South African Revenue Service (SARS) upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. Trendz has no control over these charges and cannot predict or reimburse them. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any such charges.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at trendz.storesa@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and provide feedback within 3–5 business days. Trendz is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. Trendz cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at trendz.storesa@gmail.com before your order is dispatched.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us at trendz.storesa@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
