Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct item is selected before completing a purchase.
  • Sale items are final sale and non-returnable.
  • To initiate a return, email us at trendz.storesa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to this Returns and Refund Policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo and video evidence.
  • Approved claims will receive a partial refund to the original payment method, processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Depending on the nature of the damage, the item may be kept by the customer or returned to an address provided by Trendz, at the customer's own shipping cost.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items returned damaged or not in original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we ask that you contact us first at trendz.storesa@gmail.com to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
  • Chargebacks raised without prior contact may result in your account being flagged and future orders declined.

Shipping Delays

  • Please note that international shipping delays do not qualify as grounds for a refund. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are managed by the courier and are outside of our control.
